Service Description

Consultation exists to help solve specific community ministry problems / questions. It is not intended for training or general ministry guidance. With this consultation, we will help the church discover what God is calling them to do in their community. Given the congregation's location, leadership, body, and the concerns of the community, we will help the church discern how they can best make an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom in their local area. This process can include one or more of the following: - Prayer strategies - An assessment of the community, including both demographics and psychographics - Geographic mapping - Interaction and interviews with pastors and church leaders - Community stakeholder surveys - Community partnership assessments - Asset mapping your congregation - Develop a strategic action plan Also available is six months of coaching to help with implementation of consultation recommendations and/or training sessions (6 sessions total, via Google Meet or Zoom). A completed booking form is a prerequisite. $95 per hour, billed in increments of one hour.
